Leif Solberg, MD

Dr. Solberg has been the principal investigator (PI) or co-PI on several National Institutes of Health/Agency for Health Research and Quality-funded research grants. He has published more than 200 research papers and books and book chapters. He received the 2008 University of Minnesota Medical Alumni Society Distinguished Alumni Award. Dr. Solberg's research interests include quality measurement and improvement and organizational change, especially for chronic disease care (including depression) and clinical preventive services delivery (especially tobacco control), as well as primary care redesign/medical home.
