Cancer Survivorship in Primary Care: Developing a Website as a One-Stop Information Repository for Primary Care Providers

The goal of this project is to develop a website for primary care clinicians focused on cancer survivorship that contains updated resource materials and programs via a centralized source. The website will serve as a one-stop information repository where a busy primary care physician can quickly access medical information, clinical guidance, and resources including:

1. Clinical information that will help them care for patients in their practice

2. Research, including latest findings

3. Educational opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills

4. Resources for patients and their families
